After perfecting his craft in prestigious kitchens such as the Michelin-starred Au Trou Gascon in Paris and Mondrian’s Morimoto in Bordeaux alongside renowned Chef Masaharu Morimoto, Chef Fournet has chosen Martinique as his new playground. At Le Zandoli, the hotel’s gourmet restaurant, he creates an inventive and elegant cuisine that draws from both French techniques and local Caribbean inspiration.
During this intimate 3-hour masterclass, you’ll be welcomed with a cocktail and Martinique’s famous appetizer — the accras — before stepping into the Chef’s world. You’ll join his brigade and prepare a full meal that showcases a creative fusion of French gastronomy and Creole traditions: refined starters, flavorful mains, and indulgent desserts.
Throughout the workshop, Chef Fournet will share his know-how, culinary philosophy, and techniques to elevate local ingredients into gourmet creations — helping you master the art of “French-Creole” cuisine.
