Chef Julien perfected his craft in prestigious kitchens, including the Michelin-starred Au Trou Gascon in Paris and the Morimoto at the Mondrian in Bordeaux, alongside renowned Chef Masaharu Morimoto.
He has chosen Martinique's Le Zandoli Restaurant as his new playground, where he creates inventive, elegant cuisine using French techniques and Caribbean inspiration.
Enjoy a welcome cocktail and Martinique's famous appetizer — accras — before stepping into the chef's world. Join his brigade to prepare a full meal that showcases a creative fusion of French gastronomy and Creole traditions — refined starters, flavorful mains, and indulgent desserts.
