Take part in an unforgettable and immersive culinary experience where you’ll be guided through the art of Caribbean gastronomy in a luxurious setting. Here you’ll combine local flavors with refined techniques for an unforgettable delicious experience.
When you arrive at La Suite Villa (Martinique’s only 5-star hotel), you’ll be warmly welcomed by Michelin-star Chef Nicolas Magie. Here you’ll enjoy a cocktail and one of the restaurant’s unescapable appetizers called accras. Today Chef will demonstrate his culinary savoir-faire, and for three hours you will be a part of his team for an experience of a lifetime.
When it’s time to get down to business to prepare your lunch, you will be taught to cook a French and Creole mixed menu: the starters, the main course, and a dessert. The Chef will transmit to you his techniques and advice so you can be a real Cordon Bleu of Creole cuisine.
Last but not least, sit at the restaurant next to the pool, and enjoy the product of your work in front of a magnificent view over Fort-de-France Bay. You will be captivated by the spicy and sweet flavors in a relaxing atmosphere.
