Transfer approximately one hour by boat to Vietri Village, where your kayaking activity begins.
Hop into your kayak and set out westward along one of the Mediterranean's most dramatic shorelines. As you slowly navigate beneath towering limestone cliffs and terraced hillsides, you'll discover the Amalfi Coast from its most authentic and enchanting perspective: the sea.
Paddle past secluded coves and pause at tiny beaches accessible only from the water, where you'll have time to swim in crystal-clear waters far from any crowds — perfect moments to relax, float, and take in the natural beauty surrounding you. Continue toward the fishing village of Cetara, an ancient settlement once protected by coastal watchtowers built to defend against pirate raids. Its pastel harbor and timeless maritime traditions offer a glimpse into a quieter, more traditional side of the coast.
You will have approximately two hours of free time in Vietri before transferring by boat back to the ship at Amalfi.
Please note: Boat transfer to Vietri Village is not exclusive to Seabourn guests. The kayaking activity will last approximately three hours. Lunch is not included. You will have time to purchase lunch in Vietri at your own expense during the tour. Not advisable for guests using a wheelchair or for those with mobility limitations. Mobility devices (wheelchairs, walkers, scooters, etc) cannot be accommodated on the transportation. Wear your swimsuit under your clothing; bring a towel, reef-safe/biodegradable sunscreen, light clothing to act as a full cover-up for further protection from the sun, and a hat. Swim at your own risk.
