The tour departs from the port for a stroll about the Old Town of Ferrol. This little fishing village became Northern Spain's most important Navy Base in the in the 18th century.
See and walk part of the traditional Camino -- the path trod by pilgrims since medieval times.
From the Gardens of San Francis, take in a great view of the Navy Base comprised of the Shipyards and the Arsenal.
The Magdalena Quarter was created from scratch by the Naval Engineers to form an elegant new town center. It is full of neo-Classical churches, enchanting squares, and beautiful buildings from the Enlightenment Period, and some fun modern ones in Art Nouveau style.
End your tour at Galicia Square, where the main gardens, the theatre Jofre and the Naval Museum form an enticing huddle.
