The narrow, charming and evocative Bosphorus Strait awaits you as you board a motorboat for a panoramic cruise on this busy and memorable waterway. The banks are lined with grand Ottoman palaces and small villages, perfectly encapsulating all that is Turkey.
A delicious and authentically Turkish breakfast (kahvalti) is served at a restaurant on the Bosphorus. Kahvalti -- literally meaning "before coffee" -- is never a routine in Turkey; it is all about sharing and connection -- a gathering that brings, and keeps, friends and family together. There is no better place to indulge in local breakfast specialties than with a stunning view of the Bosphorus.
After the feast, reboard the motorboat for the ride back to the pier in Istanbul.
