A motor coach drive from the pier takes you through a beautiful area of pine forests en route to the Sakar Mountain Pass. Keep an eye out for the view of Marmaris Bay.
You will enjoy a stop at a local tea house for traditional Turkish tea. There will be time for photos of the wonderful view of Gokova Bay. Next, you will arrive at the small fishing village of Akyaka, and have a chance to mingle with the local people. Soft drinks and a snack are offered at one of the local restaurants in a nearby village, in a setting surrounded by beautiful trees. Not far away you will discover Icmeler Bay. You'll stop here for the spectacular view over Marmaris Bay -- a great photo opportunity -- then you will return to the port. Guests wishing to take advantage of an optional drop-off in Marmaris town can make their own way back to the ship.
