A kayak tour in the bay of Sant Elm with Snorkel stops and Posidonia "garden" visit, where you can witness the aquatic plant for yourself whilst understanding from the experienced guide how this impacts the ocean and the world, we live in.
You will also learn how the threats to this plant impact the ecosystem, and how we as individuals can play our part in protecting it and raising awareness, including the battle against global warming, as featured in the National Geographic documentary, Pristine Seas: The Power of Protection.
This slow-growing plant is highly threatened by the actions of anchors, wastewater contamination and other pollutants.
