Enjoy a visit to the Château Ambe Tour Pourret cellars, followed by a wine tasting.
In the kitchen, under the chef's tutelage, you will prepare and taste regional dishes in to be paired with the château's fine wines. Your culinary workshop is limited to 12 guests and each person has his/her own workstation. Create a menu highlighting the seasonal produce of Saint-Emilion, including either a starter and a main course, or a main course and a dessert.
