Discover some of Copenhagen’s hidden gems on a comprehensive walking tour of the city. Meet your knowledgeable guide on the pier and set off to explore the city.
Visit one of the most cherished landmarks of Denmark, the Little Mermaid. Continue along the waterfront and enjoy views over the harbor where you will see the new opera house and the old Navy District before you reach the Playhouse. Your guide will share stories about the transformation of the old harbor into a place where locals go to relax and enjoy the long summer days.
Pause outside Amalienborg Palace for photos where your guide will point out the majestic palace square and the four almost identical mansions, the residence of the Danish Royal family.
Continue towards the famous Nyhavn, lined by brightly colored 17th and early 18th century townhouses and bars, cafes and restaurants.
After walking through this vibrant location, follow your guide towards the Gefion Fountain, featuring a large-scale group of oxen pulling a plow and being driven by the Norse goddess Gefjon.
Enjoy the last stretch of the tour before you reach your ship.
Please note: Use of an audio headset (included) will enhance your tour experience. Not advisable for guests using a wheelchair or for those with mobility limitations. Weather appropriate clothing and comfortable walking shoes is recommended.
