Embark on a covered canal boat reserved just for you and your fellow travelers for a one-hour cruise through the quaint canals of Copenhagen, passing some of the many highlights the city has to offer while enjoying a glass of sparkling wine.
See the famous Little Mermaid statue overlooking the harbor of Copenhagen. Cruise towards Christianshavn, a small and cozy part of Copenhagen built by King Christian the 4th, who after having visited Amsterdam, got inspired to build the area. The canal is narrow and filled with boats and house boats and during sunny days and evenings, many locals prefer this area to hang out and relax.
Continue under the Circle Bridge and reach Slotsholmen, also called the island of power. Here you will pass Christiansborg Palace, home of the Danish government before passing Holmens Kirke and the old stock exchange with the dragon spires, also landmarks built by King Christian the 4th.
During your cruise, your guide will tell you more about the famous and historical buildings. Sail along the waterfront passing the Royal Palace and the belonging garden before you return to your starting point, only a short walking distance from your ship.
Please note: There are approximately 14 steps required to enter the canal boat. In case of high tide, some canals may not be able to visit due to the low bridges, an alternative route will be chosen.
