Today's scenic transfer from Honningsvåg to the North Cape takes about an hour. Weather permitting, you'll enjoy a short stop at a viewpoint over the Horn -- a former site of pagan worship.
At the North Cape Visitor Center, you are invited to view a movie about the fascinating landscape and different seasons on North Cape Island. Afterwards, take advantage of some free time to either walk through a tunnel to the Grotten viewpoint or meander through the café, souvenir shops, chapel and post office.
If weather allows, head outside to the cliff for dramatic over-the-edge views, as well as an art exhibition from children around the world.
Please note: The weather at North Cape is very unpredictable; views are fog and weather conditions permitting, and are not guaranteed. Wear warm layered clothing and rain gear. Do not leave personal belongings on the coach as another bus may be used for the return journey.
