From the comfort of your coach, explore this treasure trove UNESCO World Heritage Site that is comprised of Edinburgh's Old and New Towns. You will be guided through the whisky-making and whisky-tasting process by resident experts in this exceptional location. Every step of the way is engaging, informative and fun and the whisky itself is, of course, exceptional.
At a tasting session, participants are invited to taste a selection of the Society's single malts -- each drawn from a single cask and each at 56% to 65% ABV. Society experts are there to guide you through the nosing and tasting process. You will use the Society's special tasting glasses, tasting guides in the form of a small booklet, and tasting notes relating to each whisky being sampled -- an enjoyable experience for novice and aficionado alike.
