For the ultimate gin enthusiast, here's your chance to become a distiller for the afternoon at the award-winning Ashling Farm Estate. Upon arrival at this beautiful and tranquil Sussex estate, enjoy a welcoming gin and tonic to get your taste buds primed.
A gin-making expert will guide you through the history of gin and the chemistry involved in the distilling process. Using the specialized copper stills at the gin school and with access to the finest mix of 24 botanicals, create your very own special blend of gin. Build complexity and depth into your masterpiece. Will you select the citrus tones, floral notes, or a traditional classic dry English style?
Once you have created your own tipple, choose a name for it and label your own bottle to take home with you. Complete the afternoon with a relaxing beverage al fresco, sharing a locally-produced cheese board at the Airstream Bar before the short journey back to the port.
