This fun wildlife-spotting adventure cruise leaves from picturesque Tobermory. As you leave the village by boat, you might want to photograph, from a waterside perspective, the brightly-colored buildings along the waterfront.
Among serene scenery, the on-board naturalist guide helps you to search for eagles, seals and a variety of seabirds. There's a variety of fascinating animals in this natural habitat. Past Ardmore Point, in deeper water, watch for the smallest member of the cetacean family found around Britain -- the harbor porpoise.
Before returning to port, you will visit a haul-out site for common and grey seals, and motor past the uninhabited Calve Island -- home to numerous wading birds, shags and the occasional otter.
Please note: Tour operates rain or shine, but may be cancelled by the operator in the event of extremely bad weather or unsuitable conditions. Guests who are prone to motion sickness should consider this before booking and/or take appropriate medication. Wildlife sightings are likely but are not guaranteed. Wear comfortable walking shoes. Dress warmly in layers with a wind- and waterproof outer layer; bring gloves, a scarf and a warm hat.
