This enjoyable walking tour is a great up-close look at Bermuda’s capital city. Although smaller than the town of St Georges, Hamilton is the only incorporated city in Bermuda and has been the country’s capital since 1815.
The center of activity in Hamilton is along Front Street -- a scenic thoroughfare that lines the harbor area and is home to many pastel-colored Victorian buildings. These contain a wealth of shops, restaurants and bars.
Your guide offers an interesting and informative introduction to Hamilton as you travel on foot, immersing yourself in the town’s laid-back and amiable atmosphere.
Guests wishing to stay in town to shop or explore independently are welcome to do so but must make their own way back to the ship.
Please note: Wear comfortable walking shoes. Bring local currency, as some vendors do not accept credit cards or US dollars. Not advisable for guests using a wheelchair or for those with mobility limitations. Tour does not operate on Sundays.
