Embark on an immersive “farm-to-glass” journey that showcases the vibrant agricultural and brewing traditions of the Big Island.
Begin your adventure at O.K. Farms, a 1,000-acre estate nestled along the winding Wailuku River. This working farm is one of Ola Brew Co.’s key partners, growing a diverse array of tropical ingredients like lilikoi, vanilla, lychee, and lemongrass—flavors that shine in Ola’s craft beverages.
Join your guide for a stroll through the lush fields and learn firsthand how these crops are cultivated and transformed into seltzers, ciders, teas, and beers. Along the way, you’ll visit the enchanting Kaimukanaka Falls, where two of Hilo’s major rivers meet in a dramatic cascade. Cap off your farm visit with breathtaking views of Rainbow Falls from a private, secluded lookout—an exclusive vantage point not available to the public.
Next, travel just minutes down the hill to Ola Brew Co.’s newly opened Hilo taproom. Here, the journey comes full circle: sip on a curated flight of four beverages—your choice of hard seltzer, beer, cider, or brewed tea—and enjoy a locally inspired American-Asian fusion lunch entrée from a pre-selected menu.
