INGREDIENTS WE NEED
• 1 oz / 30 ml Homemade Limoncello
• 1/4 oz / 10 ml Amaretto
•1/2 oz / 15 ml Averna
•1/2 oz / 15 ml Oleo Schrum
•1 oz / 30 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
•1 dehydrated lemon wheel
Step 1 - Add Ingredients
• Add all ingredients (except lemon wheel)
Step 2 - Dry Shake
• Shake vigorously, until well stirred
• Add large ice
• Shake vigorously
Step 3 - Tumble Roll
• Tumble roll back and forth one time
Step 4 - Strain and Serve
• Double strain over fresh ice, add garnish
The Federico Fellini
• 1 oz / 30 ml Homemade Limoncello
• 1/4 oz / 10 ml Amaretto
