Each Seabourn ship offers a choice of complimentary world-class dining and culinary experiences that rival the finest restaurants anywhere—even when we sail in the most remote destinations. Dine when, where, and with whom you choose, with no tipping expected nor required. Our skilled and talented chefs expand your awareness of the places you travel by creating dishes with locally sourced ingredients, techniques and specialties. Complimentary spirits and fine wines selected by our Sommeliers are yours for the asking as well, any time.
THE RESTAURANT
A stunning setting for elegant dinners, featuring open seating at tables for two, or ten, or anything in between.
SOLIS**
Seabourn’s newest dining venue offers light, healthy dishes that celebrate the culinary cultures of the Mediterranean. Signature dishes and imaginative specials change daily based on the ingredients found during the chefs’ visits to local markets on days at port.
THE COLONNADE
Lavish buffets or table service for breakfast or lunch, and regionally themed dinners nightly, in a casual indoor/outdoor venue.
THE PATIO***
Relaxed poolside service of luncheon buffets, grilled specialties, and freshly baked pizzas.
EARTH & OCEAN AT THE PATIO•
Each evening, a sophisticated menu celebrating eclectic flavors from around the world is served in a relaxed setting under the stars, for a unique dining experience unlike any other onboard.
SEABOURN SQUARE
Skilled baristas compose delectable specialty coffees, pastries, sandwiches, and homemade gelati throughout the day and into the evening.
OBSERVATION BAR
Guests find coffee, teas, juice, and light pastries in this ship-top location and many return for an elegant afternoon Tea Time*, evening tapas, light bites, and cocktails.
SUSHI
Skilled chefs create exquisite sushi before your eyes for a delightfully visual, authentic lunch or dinner experience on Seabourn Encore and Seabourn Ovation. Seabourn Venture, Seabourn Pursuit, and Seabourn Quest offer Sushi in The Club serving a variety of light sushi bites freshly made to order each evening.
