Recommended Packing List 

To ensure your comfort and enjoyment throughout your cruise, we have prepared a recommended packing list. While we've curated a comprehensive list to ensure you're well-prepared for your journey, remember to tailor it to your personal preferences for maximum comfort.  

CLOTHING

Waterproof pants: Lightweight waterproof pants preferably zipped or elastic cuffs (no Velcro). 

Lofted “puffy” jacket and vest:  A jacket and a vest insulated with Primaloft or similar synthetic. Travel with one of each and mix and match them with and without your rain jacket. 

Performance shirts and pants: Short sleeve and long sleeve shirts, pants and shorts made of performance fabrics. They should breathe, dry quickly, and protect you from strong sun. 

Long underwear: Breathable, mid-weight thermal tops and bottoms provide warmth without bulk. We suggest traveling with two sets.

ACCESSORIES

Waterproof Hiking boots and trail shoes: Comfortable hiking boots or trail shoes with arch support. 

Gloves or Mittens: Insulating waterproof gloves or mittens with removable liners that can be worn alone.  
 
Socks: Walking socks of wool or wool blend.

Rain hat: Waterproof with a wide brim and a chin drawstring .

Windproof Beanie.

Backpack: Lightweight, waterproof backpack for carrying and protecting your items as you go ashore. If you have camera equipment, pack them in seal-proof, waterproof sacks and cases, then carry them all in a waterproof pack.

GEAR 

Trekking poles: A lightweight, sturdy walking staff for rugged terrain. Recommended recommended and only needed for optional excursions. 

Waterproof sacks and cases: Dry bags and cases specifically designed to store and protect your phone, camera, or any other moisture sensitive gear.

Binoculars: Compact, high-performance binoculars. A pair of “8 x 26” (8 power magnification and 26mm objective diameter) is recommended. Penthouse and Premium Suites include complimentary use of SWAROVSKI OPTIK binoculars during your cruise. 

Also recommended: Sunglasses with U.V. filter protection, SPF-rated lip balm, and sunscreen.
