Day One:
After arrival at Rome’s Fiumicino airport, transfer to your hotel for check-in. This evening enjoy dinner on your own and overnight.

Day Two:
After breakfast visit Pienza, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and utopian renaissance city in the Val d’ Orcia, to tour Castello di Corsignano and sample pecorino cheeses. Continue to the picturesque hill town of Montalcino for breathtaking views, a lunch and wine tasting. Then proceed to Florence to check into your hotel. Later enjoy a welcome dinner and overnight.

Day Three:
After breakfast, join your expert guide and walk the compact Florentine center, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, visiting the treasures of Florentine art in the Accademia, Duomo, the Piazza della Signoria and the Palazzo Vecchio. After lunch on your own, attend a fun, hands-on afternoon cooking class to turn fresh regional products into your own graduation dinner with fine Tuscan wine.

Day Four:
After breakfast, travel to lovely Lucca in northwest Tuscany, for a walking tour to the San Martino Cathedral, the Roman amphitheater and the church of San Frediano. In the village of Lari, visit a family pasta factory and enjoy a Tuscan farmhouse lunch. Then proceed to Pisa to view its famous Square of Miracles, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the Leaning Tower, white marble Cathedral and other historic sights, before returning to Florence for an evening at leisure and overnight

Day Five:
Depart Florence after breakfast for the ancient Etruscan town of Orvieto. Visit the majestic Piazza Duomo and Cathedral and, if you choose, take spiral stairs to reach the 203-foot deep St. Patrick’s Well. After free time in town, go to an olive oil mill for a tasting and light lunch, before continuing to Civitavecchia to embark on your Seabourn ship.
