Pre-Cruise Itinerary Overview

Day One:
After arrival in Budapest and hotel check-in, enjoy an afternoon tour of the city’s Buda side including Buda Hill and the Buda Castle complex, Royal Palace, the Hapsburg Steps, gothic Matthias Church and more, ending atop Gellert Hill for a panoramic view. Tonight, enjoy a welcome dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight.

Day Two:
After breakfast, tour the eastern Pest side, including the City Park complex, Heroes Square, the huge St. Stephen’s Basilica, the Hungarian State Opera House, Parliament Building and ending with a stroll in the Great Market Hall. Your afternoon is free with optional tours available, and dinner is on your own. Overnight.

Day Three:
After breakfast, transfer by coach to Vienna for lunch and tour Vienna’s historic highlights including the Parliament, Opera House, and City Hall. Day Four:
After breakfast, the day is yours to explore Vienna, with a number of optional tours available including Schönbrunn Palace and strudel, wine tasting, culinary market tours and cooking classes. Day Five:
After breakfast, transfer by coach to Prague for an afternoon tour of the Prague Castle complex including magnificent St. Vitus Cathedral, the Old Royal Palace’s Vladislav Hall and the charming Golden Lane. Cross the Vitava River to Prague’s well-preserved Old Town. Check in to your hotel and enjoy dinner on your own. Overnight.

Day Six:

Day Seven:

Enjoy lunch on your own before continuing to Berlin for check-in to your hotel and overnight.

Day Eight:
After breakfast, tour the highlights of Berlin’s history including the Brandenburg Gate, Checkpoint Charlie, Reichstag Dome, Berlin Cathedral and Palace Square. Day Nine:
After breakfast, transfer to Rostock for a two-hour Baltic ferry crossing to Gedser and continue to Copenhagen to check in to your centrally-located hotel. The evening is free for you to explore, or perhaps visit the famous Tivoli Gardens amusement park. Overnight.
