Helmets are provided and must be worn. Shade is limited; please dress accordingly. Bring bottled water and a hat, and wear sunscreen. Wear sturdy non-skid walking shoes. You must be physically fit and know how to ride a bicycle. The level of guide experience varies in Ilha de Mozambique due the remoteness of its location.
