Enjoy a leisurely panoramic drive on the island of Rhodes from the comfort of your motorcoach.
Watch for the city walls of medieval Rhodes Town and head to the top of Mount Smith for a view over the city, the castle, the coast of Turkey, and the nearby islands.
A 30-minute scenic drive via the east coast takes you past picturesque villages en route to the Lindos area.
Make a brief stop at a ceramic factory where you can see these local handcrafts being made and enjoy the view of Tsambica Monastery & Tsambica Beach.
From a promontory, you will view (from a distance) the ancient Acropolis of Lindos. According to Homer in The Iliad, the acropolis was built by the Dorians, along with the cities of Kamiros and Ialyssos. The village of Lindos, with its thousand inhabitants, lies beneath the Acropolis.
Stop at the traditional fishing settlement of Faliraki Beach (Kastri) - a quaint village by the sea to do as the Greeks do and drink coffee at a waterfront café.
Afterwards, return to Rhodes Town and the pier.
